birocratic is a chillhop artist, who I believe, along with nujabes, laid the groundwork for lo-fi! I found it interesting to view lo-fi and 2015 to 2018 as a cultural moment of slowness. Its aesthetics and sonics were also quickly appropriated for productivity.
